Desmond Henley, RN, BSN, is a dedicated nursing professional with a strong foundation in high-acuity patient care and a growing passion for aesthetic medicine and wellness. With a service-driven mindset and patient-centered approach, Desmond blends clinical skill, calm leadership, and a commitment to helping people feel their best—inside and out.

Desmond began his path of service in the U.S. Army, where he served for eight years, developing resilience, accountability, and teamwork that continue to shape his practice today. He earned both his Associate Degree in Nursing and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), graduating with honors, before launching his nursing career on a progressive care unit, where he built strong clinical judgment while caring for complex patients.

Driven by a passion for trauma and critical care, Desmond transitioned to Chippenham Hospital’s premier Trauma Unit, providing care across the full spectrum of acuity. In this fast-paced environment, he is known for his ability to think quickly, collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, and deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

Now pursuing a career in aesthetics, Desmond is focused on pairing medical precision with an artistic eye and a wellness-first mindset. He is especially excited to grow under the mentorship and training of Jolie Aesthetic Med Spa’s own Stephanie Ramirez, NP, as he continues expanding his skills and long-term vision within aesthetic medicine.

Outside of the hospital, Desmond enjoys spending quality time with family, staying active in the gym, and unwinding in the country with all his animals.
