Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to our team at Jolie Aesthetics. The time reserved for your visit is dedicated exclusively to you. We understand that sometimes schedules change, so we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ noticefor appointment adjustments or cancellations. Our policies are designed to ensure the best possible care and service for all of our clients.

All new and current clients are asked to provide a credit card on file. Cards are securely stored using an encrypted electronic process to ensure your information remains protected.

If we do not receive the required notice for cancellations or rescheduling, the following fees will apply:

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee based on the scheduled service.

Deposit Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your visit.

If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits can be transferred once with proper notice. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Future bookings may require full prepayment.

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit. By booking an appointment with Jolie Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Refund Policy

PRODUCTS
At Jolie Aesthetics, all product sales are final. However, if you experience a skin reaction to a product, it may be returned within 7 days for in-store credit.

SERVICES
At Jolie Aesthetics, we take the time to consult with each client to understand treatment goals and review expected outcomes, benefits, and potential risks. We offer both individual treatments and discounted package options so you can choose what best fits your needs and budget.

All service purchases are non-refundable. However, any unused portion of a service or treatment package may be converted into account credit and applied toward other services offered at Jolie Aesthetics.

INJECTABLE TREATMENTS
All injectable treatments (including, but not limited to, Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers) are final sale. Refunds or credits cannot be provided once treatment has been administered.
